The processing of personal data by the administrator is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 – (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).
The personal data that will be processed by the controller are those that you fill in the contact form. This includes your name, email, telephone, data in your CV or other documents (proof of education, motivation letter, etc.) filled in the contact form, personal questionnaire or even data submitted in person during the selection procedure.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is that we need this data in order to respond to your message, enquiry or job offer that you send us via this form.
The personal data will only be processed by the controller until we have resolved your message or enquiry and for 30 days thereafter. In the case of business partners, we will process personal data for as long as we are providing our services or fulfilling a mutual contract and for 2 years thereafter. As a result of the selection process, personal data of unsuccessful job applicants will also be retained after the end of the process in order to protect the legitimate interests of the Controller. Thus, this processing applies in particular to cases where the Controller believes that there is a risk of a dispute with the (unsuccessful) job applicant about the reasons for not accepting the job, or to demonstrate compliance with any legal obligations in the event of an inspection by the Labour Inspectorate (or other inspection bodies). With this purpose in mind, the personal data of job applicants will be kept for the period of time when there is a possible dispute with the job applicant or when the Controller can be sanctioned by the inspection authorities, i.e. generally for up to 2 years after the end of the selection procedure.
Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organisation.
You have the right to rectify or supplement your personal data, request restriction of processing, object or complain about the processing of your personal data, request data portability, access your personal data, be informed of a personal data breach, request erasure and other rights set out in the GDPR.
