Company TOMATEX Otrokovice, a.s. as a controller and processor of general data, by this agreement informs about General data protection Regulation in company TOMATEX Otrokovice, a.s. and on the extent of the rights on data subject related to this processing of personal data.

 

TOMATEX Otrokovice, a.s. administrates the personal data consistently with Regulations of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of the day 27th April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as ‚‚GDPR‘‘).
