Lamination, cutting, sewing, upholstery and embossing all run in one plant. That shortens the chain, the number of incoming inspections and the time it takes to get your first sample.

The continuous lamination line handles high volumes. Hand upholstery supplies parts for the top trim levels. Few suppliers offer both.

We hold IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO/IEC 27001. Tensile strength, layer adhesion and colour are measured in our own laboratory on TIRA and Datacolor equipment.

We commissioned a new lamination line in 2025. Alongside it, a Frimo press, a Zünd D3 cutter and TIRA test equipment. We are currently developing automated visual inspection of leather parts using AI.
Our own laboratory tests the mechanical and physical properties of fabrics, PVC and leather. Thickness, area weight, layer adhesion, tensile strength, elongation, colour. The tests are carried out for internal purposes, with no accreditation of the methods and no commercial use.

Textiles have been processed in Otrokovice for almost a hundred years. First under Baťa, after nationalisation under Svit, and since 1993 under our own name. More than two hundred people work in the plant today, and most of the machines have been bought in recent years. Since 2021 we have been part of the CIDEM Holding group.
