How it works
Cutting on the Bullmer machine:
Roll goods (Alcantara, Dinamica, PVC synthetic leather, laminated fabrics, laminated synthetic leather and so on) are cut in multiple plies with an oscillating knife, and any holes are drilled with a suitable bit.
The dimensional tolerance of cut parts depends on the type of material, the number of plies cut and the complexity of the part, and is always agreed individually with the customer.
The software builds the cutting marker for the highest possible material efficiency.
Two Bullmer cutters are available.
Cutting on the Zünd machine:
This is where genuine leather and splits are cut. To use the cut material efficiently we run specialised software that finds the best possible combination of parts, avoids marked defects and saves input material.
