How it works
Bonding of textile roll goods with no adhesive added. The bond is created by melting PUR foam. The process suits high-volume automotive production.
We produce two-layer and three-layer roll goods that always include PUR foam. The foam is melted by a flame and pressed against the textile roll goods between the lamination rollers. The molten PUR foam serves as the adhesive layer, so no further adhesive enters the flame lamination process.
A single pass through the line allows both sides to be bonded at once. One working step produces a material bonded on both faces, with no need for a second pass.
