Unless otherwise agreed between TOMATEX Otrokovice, a.s. and the supplier, the attached General Purchasing Conditions apply to all purchase contracts in which we act as the buyer.

Unless the purchase contract between the buyer and the supplier provides otherwise, it is deemed to be governed by these conditions. They apply to all goods and services delivered by the supplier.

A purchase contract means a contract concluded in writing, or a binding order placed by the buyer in written or electronic form and accepted by the supplier. The contract or order must identify the supplier and the buyer and state the type, price and quantity of the goods, the delivery period and any further delivery terms that are to differ from these conditions.

Specific requirements for a particular product or project are set out in detail in the Quality Agreement, which is binding on the supplier including all its annexes and amendments.
