How it works
For functional seams and for decorative stitching we use industrial sewing machines from leading manufacturers. The machines carry all the attachments needed for demanding applications, not only in the automotive sector.
Decorative stitching of flat parts runs on CNC sewing automats with a working area of up to 1,000 × 600 mm. The automat guides the needle by program, so the stitch repeats identically on every piece, including in series.
Sewing follows on from material cutting. Cut parts go straight to the sewing area in the same plant, with no transport and no intermediate inspection.
