Embossing
Heat pressing of logos and patterns. A permanent relief in leather and in synthetic materials.
How it works
We emboss brand logos and the logos of special models into leather or synthetic leather. The relief is produced by hard pressing with heated dies, which press the shape into the surface of the material.
The pressing itself is only the first step. A further in-house process operation makes sure the logo keeps its depth permanently and that the relief does not flatten out over time or with use.
Embossing is usually the final operation. A part goes through lamination, cutting and upholstery with us and gets its logo right at the end, so it never has to travel for it.
